Lanza Group operates exclusively in Leicestershire and the surrounding East Midlands areas. Roger Lanza, company Managing Director, has over 25 years’ experience in the property industry including developing executive homes, mixed-use commercial conversions, supportive living homes (ADLT), serviced accommodation and high-end student accommodation (HMO).

Roger Lanza and his team have been highly effective in combining the group’s infrastructure with trusted property professionals and contractors over the years, with an amazing reputation for delivering high-end developments. We have an impressive 100% planning approval success when onboarding complicated land assembly projects to HMO and serviced accommodation schemes. Our success has partly been achieved through extensive local knowledge; working solely in Leicestershire and other local regions. Coupled with this, a personal and attentive approach to every property scheme investment, has also been key to developing a robust and prospering business.

Our strong team is well-networked and has key skills to identify the projects that can be delivered successfully; concentrating on sourcing and acquiring land & property and then adding value through a comprehensive programme of planning, design, build and refurbishment.

We invest in all sizes and types of land development, through partnerships and joint ventures.
